Is Katy Reader Jewellery Hallmarked?
U.K law requires that jewellery over a certain weight is hallmarked. All our collections are marked according to these guidelines, bearing the mark of the London Assay Office, alongside the Katy Reader makers mark.

How long will my order take to arrive?
All jewellery is handmade with love care and time.
Where possible we endeavour to get you order despatched within a week.
We will inform you if there are any delays. We hope you will understand, that special orders can take up to six weeks to make and despatch.
Will my order be gift wrapped?
Yes. all orders are delivered beautifully wrapped ready for giving, in addition, we can arrange to send gift and receipt under seperate cover just let us know any special requirements.
Returns
Goods can be accepted back for return or exchange within 28days, please return by insured post in the same condition as sold.
Overseas ordering
Orders can be despatched overseas, please be aware you may be liable to additional despatch costs as well as sales tax and duty.
Shipping
We usually send all goods special delivery, guaranteed to be delivered day after despatch. Please contact us if you require a different form of delivery. Please note that we will not despatch without a signature on receipt.
